What a treat to chat with Riley at the Fesitval of Quilts! You can see his creative eye taking it all in: from viewing the quilts in my exhibition to picking out his favorite quilts in U&U2. He shared with me how his aunt and cousin Reagan are helping him learn to sew this year.
Imagine how touched I was to be cited as an inspiration for Riley to take on making his very first quilt! I will say I am very impressed with his choice of fabrics.
